About the Author

Benicio Chiavegatti is a 9-year-old 3rd grader from Greenwich, Connecticut, who loves Halloween. For Benicio, Halloween isn’t just a holiday; it’s a way of life. Whether he’s visiting Spirit Halloween stores, collecting animatronics, or watching his favorite spooky movies, his excitement for all things creepy is contagious. He also loves to build—from Legos to animatronics. Benicio follows his imagination and is always creating something new!

He loves to draw and make up stories, which is why he wants to create his own original comic books. He started creating his own comic books when he was 6 years old.

Benicio has a whole collection of favorite original characters, with Fyigor being the most important—a cute and funny snowman who is always up to something!

Fyigor made his debut in his first book, Christmas Night, and now Fyigor is back in a new Halloween adventure.
